The reason I became a dentist was to show people another side of dentistry. I wanted to bring a softer side of dentistry, with comfort, compassion, and precision, to everyday people like myself. I want people to get the dentistry that I always wanted to receive. No one goes to the dentist for fun; my goal is to have my office be a safe, pain-free environment where my patients feel completely at ease. I graduated high school in 1983 and became involved in dentistry by working in the denture lab at UCLA. This built upon my foundation in the arts by utilizing my love of working with my hands. California State University at Northridge University of Texas at Houston School of Dentistry My passion in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry led me in my lifelong pursuit of surgical and prosthetic education. I have worked and studied in Texas, New Mexico, and Virginia, and incorporate all that I have learned to enhance my practice. For more than 20 years, I have tried to excel at what I do to become a master at the art of dentistry and all its facets. Dr. Hangval is amazing! He's very patient, answers questions, and makes your comfortable. The staff is kind and extremely personable. I've finally found a permanent dentist!
We had a wonderful interaction today. He is typically very personable but today was good belly laughter with him as we discussed a breakfast food. We had different opinions and we laughed so hard. His assistant laughed with us and was gentle with the intraments. I love this place and recommend as much as I can.
I have been seeing Dr Hangval for some time now. He is simply awesome and the best. He took the time to listen and understand my issues and gave a solution that is life changing. The best part during this journey was he never pressured me to do anything, rather gave me the time and answered all my questions over and over again so that the decision was mine and the solution could be adjusted to fit my needs. Dr. Hangval is experienced. Every time after I saw him, I just want to smile. I am always very pleased with the result.
My visits to Dr. Hangval have all been excellent. He is a concerned dentist who does not hesitate to explain what he is doing for you and why. He never seems rushed or hurried and always answers questions thoroughly at a level the average person can understand. He is one of the best dentists I have ever had.
Dr. Hangval is TERRIFIC!!! I called on a Saturday morning with a broken tooth. I was scheduled with a same day appointment as a new patient. Dr. Hangval and staff took were kind, gentle, and skillful! They made sure that I was comfortable and painfree. The temporary crown gave me no problems and two weeks later the permanent crown is perfect!! All around a five star experience!!!! Highly Recommend.
