Josh B., our service technician, recently completed our twice-a-year service call. He identified some minor problems with our 8-year-old HVAC system attributable to normal wear and tear. He clearly identified the options to correct these problems and installed two parts he had in stock. He went over some other issues we may choose to address at another time. He was prompt, courteous and professional in this return visit to our home. I was satisfied with is visit and happy that we are continuing to roll over our annual service contract for both heating and AC.
