David Freeman was extremely professional in determining the root cause of our issue. He dealt very well with my 'misunderstanding' of his diagnostics and explanation. (I became irate due to MY misunderstanding) After he calmed me down and explained to me what was happening, he went to the next level of customer service in calling his office to schedule parts delivery and subsequent installation. David is very knowledgeble and professional in his field and was sure to wear his "booties" in our home each time he entered. He took extra time to make sure I understood what he was replacing and what to do if any other problems occur in the future. He was very happy to assist in getting our unit runnable again ASAP. I highly recommend him as well as ARS/Raleigh. I met a tremendous customer service Technician who exceeded my expectations and his name is David Freeman!

ARS has done our heating/airconditioning inspections for a very long time. We have never been as impressed with any of the other technicians as we were this week when Jonathan Lewis did our fall heating checkup. He was very thorough in checking and rechecking various aspects of the inspection/cleaning process. We had questions about obtaining service for our son's heating system, which Jonathan was very helpful in answering for us.Jonathan's professionalism as well as his attention to details really stood out.
