Always fast, always get the class if car I want

Excellent service as always!

1. The previous day I had called the National/Emerald club number to request a four wheel drive car as I was planning to drive to Breckenridge in January to go skiing. I was told repeatedly by the operator that this was not possible as National could not guarantee a four wheel drive car. This seemed to me to be illogical for a company offering cars in Denver in January. 2. About half way through my journey from the airport, it wet conditions, but not raining, slush and us on the road, I first noticed that there was no response when I tried to use the water spray on the front windscreen. Must and dirt just got spread over the windscreen. At first I thought that there was no fluid in the reservoir, but when I stopped and checked, I saw the reservoir was full, so deduced it was the water pump. Rather than drive back to Denver, I decided to drive on to Breckenridge as it was already mid afternoon and take care of the problem the following day. 3. i called Saturday but could not get help.

I arrived at Denver Int. airport on Monday mid day January 12th. It was my first National Rental since my company switched from Avis. I was excited for the "Go Like a Pro experience". Only when I got there, there were no cars available. What made matters worse was there was about 50 or more people waiting for a vehicle. It was total chaos. I waited in the cold for an hour for my vehicle. I was not impressed. Sorry.

Always great service as national is my number one go to for car rental. the car selection is always good.I enjoy being able to pick the car . they always seem to have nice clean cars.

I will not be using National again! I will say the treatment I received was less than stellar! If they had "helped" me any more I would be walking now!

I was very surprised, if not shocked, at how easy it was to rent a car from you. All I needed to do is show my ID and I was on my way. Bring the car back was almost as easy. A 1 minute inspection of the car and again I was on my way.

I rented from then on May 9, 2009.The price was $200 over the price quoted on the reservation, though I declined some insurance (I believe it doesn't make any difference). Returned it 2 weeks later in a hurry. Realized later at home they added $52 for refueling, though I filled the tank before returning it. They are crooks!
