The electric service technician was very friendly and always glad to help. Also give some positive suggestions on what best ways to make your surrounding areas safe when working with electrical wires, etc.

Dan A. and his assistant Gary were excellent. Dan had the problem diagnosed in two minutes and, while he rewired a fixture, Gary jumped on rewiring a switch. They took the time to explain what the problem was, which is reassuring, and they were friendly and courteous. They also pointed out that previous tenants had put in fuses that were rated too high for this building's wiring. and it's always nice to meet a fellow Mystery Science Theater 3000 fan.

We needed a new light fixture installed in our kitchen. Jason was punctual, friendly and did a super job. We would use Mel Carr again for any future electrical work.

Jason C. was great : he called ahead, arrived on time, explained everything, including cost, ahead of time, was thorough, clean and professional, and even completed a short service need that I hadn't originally asked for in my service call. All in all, a great job, and I wouldn't hesitate to ask for him again.
