I am so grateful for the service that I recently received from Vince, at Allen & sons, that I feel absolutely compelled to write a quick review. My washing machine broke down on Friday morning. (And anyone with a busy life and two children knows what a hassle and complete inconvenience being without a washer can be!) I called a couple of places only to be offered their "next available" appointment on Tuesday (or Wednesday). Again, it was Friday! Ugh!! Fortunately, I also called Allen & sons who quickly scheduled me for that afternoon. I was thrilled! Vince arrived later that day and discovered that the pump was broken. He was beyond kind and tried to repair it first, before resigning to replacing it. Unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Vince agreed to order the part, explained all of the pricing (very reasonable) and assured me that he'd be back as soon as the part came in. He said he'd do his best to get it done sooner, though realistically, it might not be until Tuesday. The next afternoon, having been nearby, Vince arrived my house and announced that he had been able to get the pump! (I later learned that he'd driven to Santa Barbara and found the necessary part there.) To my relief, he quickly replaced the pump and even cleaned up the laundry room, leaving only a once-again beautifully functioning washing machine for me! A prince!! :) I couldn't be happier!! (Well...maybe if Vince had brought along a magical genie to do all of the laundry too.... ;) Broken on Friday, repaired and completely restored by Saturday!! Awesome!! Thank you, thank you, thank you Vince and Allen & Sons!! You'll definitely be my first call for future appliance repair needs!!

Allen & Sons were on time, responsible and took care of my dishwasher repair. Mitch and his assistant were very professional.

Had a refrigerator that needed repair. They got the job done. Professional service, I recommend and would use in the future if I need any repairs.

Had them come out when 11 year old refrigerator broke down. I initially agreed to have them repair it and wrote a check for $200 while they ordered the a new condenser. I changed my mind later that day because I could buy a new one for about 450 more than the cost of repair. They refunded my deposit minus the service call without any problems. I would use them again if needed.

They came out quickly and had the parts on hand (dryer and then washer). Dave was the technician each time. The repairs weren't cheap, but they were well done, and Dave spent time explaining what had caused the break-down and how I could prevent it happening again.

Had a complex issue with my LG Washer. Allen & Sons not only diagnosed the issue correctly, they gave me advice that helped me work with LG to get approval for warrantee coverage for the parts for the machine (it is almost 5 years old and out of warrantee). The technician who did the repair, named Will was great. Knowledgeable, fast and neat.

The tech Sonny was wonderful and was very informative about the service he provided. Sonny was also very polite and love his accent. Would request him again, He was on time and was very helpful to resolve any issues or question that I had. The company also gives you a five year warranty on parts and 10 dollars off your service. Sonny was GREAT!

Change of mind. Fred called me and made everything correct the principal of taking care of the customer always works regardless if I had to pay for the part. His demeanor definitely put him in one of the best customer service I've seen for a while thank you for making a right

Called Alan and Sons and the response time was great. I called in the morning and (Bob) was there by 2:00 pm to fix our dryer . He diagnosed the problem quickly and corrected the problem. Bob was very friendly and was in and out of the house quickly and the dryer was fixed. Thanks Bob and Alan and Sons!!

Overall good experience. They were accommodating with an appointment time. Gabriel was pleasant, informative, diagnosed the problem quickly and had the parts necessary to fix my refrigerator.

I wanted to let everyone know that this company works very hard at insuring their clients are well served and happy. I have an Electrolux and it was not an easy repair. During the repair process I was unsure as to what was going on. They always returned my calls and offered a solution. They go out of their way to offer great service. Thanks!

I just had my GE Fridge fixed. He knew his stuff and fixed it in less than an hour. He found that someone in the past had replaced a part with an inferior one. He was polite and assured me that the fridge would be good to go for a long while. I highly recommend this company!

Our three year old Samsung refrigerator stopped working, so I called . I had used Allen and Sons previously with our dishwasher. It is confusing because they answer the phone: My Appliance Service not Allen and Sons and the invoice says My Appl. . . However, I was quite satisfied with the service. Our technician, Vince, was polite and professional.

I had a minor issue with a refrigerator door covered under warranty. I received a callback right away asking me for a description of exactly what was wrong, and their follow up was also very good. When the parts they felt were necessary came in, they called again to set up an appointment.Their repair person, arrived within the 3 hour window which we had arranged, and fixed the issue in a quick and courteous manner. I would recommend this business!
