Seamless from start to finish. Professional company, easy to deal with. Repair man was very knowledgeable and immediately knew what was wrong with our stove and had the part in his truck to fix it. His price was reasonable and we are very happy with this company.
The technician was friendly and professional, he was honest about the problem with my dryer, what needed to be done and how much it would cost me. He had the brand new thermostat on his truck and fixed the dryer right away. He was nice and very clean.
We had an emergency with our Whirlpool refrigerator and needed someone to service it right away. American West responded the same day, the technician had brand new parts on his truck was finished with the repair within 1 hour. Great service!
I called and was able to get a technician within a few hours. He determined that the motherboard was not working and therefore the compressor was not getting power and the fridge is not cooling. He had a brand new part and fixed my refrigerator right away. I am very happy with this company.

My refrigerator was barely keeping food cool rather than cold, although the freezer section seemed to be fine. I called American West Appliance Repair and they sent someone the same day. He gave me a bid on what it would cost to fix it, after my approval he went out to his truck, got a new fan motor and installed it in a timely manner. The thing has been working fine ever since. Very professional service!
American West Appliance came out on Thanksgiving Day! I could not believe that someone would fix my oven on Thanksgiving holiday. The technician was on time, polite and excellent in his description of the problem. He had the part in stock and did the repair as soon as he diagnosed the problem by replacing the igniter. The price was reasonable and I am so happy with this company. They saved my family holiday.
I called them from out of town with refrigerator emergency. They coordinated with my housekeeper. The technician was prompt and polite, came with a well stocked van and completed repair right away. Great service!

I guess there is a reason why American West Appliance Repair has earned so many stars. They are great! I had a problem with my dryer. The technician was able to resolve the issue very efficiently. He was also kind and honest man. He provided a lot of information about my product and how to maintain it in good condition. I would use this company again.

American West Appliance Repair is a wonderful company! Their repair person was prompt and polite. I appreciate his patience and his willingness to make sure the job was done correctly. He worked diligently and repaired my refrigerator in approximately 45 minutes. It is great to find a dependable contractor so close to home. I will be calling them the next time one of our appliances needs service.

When my Kitchen Aid refrigerator died I feared the worst. I called American West Appliance. They were very responsive. The repairman was prompt and polite.
