Dr. Fredericks and her staff are very professional and have YOU in their best interest. The Office Manager Jackie is thorough and will discuss your plan, explaining in detail. She's amazing. Dr. Fredericks is super knowledgable and made sure to discuss my benefits with me to make sure we get the most out of it. I can definitely appreciate that since I am not the expert. Dr. Fredericks educated and simply fantastic. You can bet I'm coming back to Dr. Fredericks to get me through my treatment plan. Thank you Dr. Fredericks and staff!

Dr. Susan and her staff are not only professional but friendly and caring. I always leave this office with a smile that is clean, fresh, healthy and looking so much better. My previous experiences with dentists left me with fear and regret but now I look forward (I know strange but true) to coming to this office. The hepa filters, clean environment and PPE is above and beyond what I've seen in other businesses. Thank you to Jackie for making the financial experience less stressful too. Dr Fredericks made me feel safe and secure during my visit and so did the staff. Prior to my visit I received a letter outlining the safety procedures being taken by the Dr and her staff which made me feel secure about scheduling my appointment, and helped me feel well cared for. Overall it was a very good appointment with no worries about safety.

I was really unhappy with my smile and also unhappy with my previous dentist. That all changed when I found Susan Fredericks. She just finished putting in my veneers and they are absolutely perfect. The color, shape, the size literally everything. Dr.Fredericks was not satisfied until they were up to par. She is a perfectionist in the best way possible. I have found my permanent dentist. I trust her completely and so quickly too; she is honest and explains everything perfectly, she loved when I asked questions. Her staff are all so friendly and made me feel comfortable at every appointment and with any phone call. They are really great here. Thanks again Susan

I was referred to Dr. Fredericks by a close friend of mine and she was all my friend built her up to be. She is honest, a perfectionist, and overall very gentle I had to ask if she had already administered the numbing shot, (she already had every time). I do highly recommend Dr. Fredericks for dental work she did a beautiful job on my veneers.

Today Dr. Fredricks was putting in a crown and and had to numb the area. I asked when was I getting the shot and I was told I already had it. Dr Fredricks has a gentle touch and always finds time to answer my questions. I even look forward to going to the office. The whole staff is so friendly and very organized. I am writing this review while still in the office, Dr. Fredericks really makes every patient feel like they have her undivided attention; and they do. I was scheduled to have work done, she noticed after the exam that I did not need all I was scheduled for I respect her honesty and care. That is what keeps me coming back and her conversation is always helpful to keep my mind off what is going on.
