Shawn Powlison, journeyman plumber, serviced my water softening system, which consists of an Ecowater iron filter and water softener. I found Shawn to be knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He spent the time necessary to insure that the service call was completed in a rigorous fashion. I would recommend Wolfer's and Shawn to anyone who contemplates any kind of plumbing service. I also advise Shawn's employer to do whatever it takes to retain his talent. I want to see him again on my next routine maintenance call.

Shawn was very professional from start to finish. Totally polite which is rare these days to see someone with such great manners. Shawn showed me a lot of bad news but to his credit, he did it without trying to sell me anything which is also rare these days. I would recommend Shawn to anyone in need of repairs to their heating or cooling system
I've used Wolfer's several times for work at my home. Joe S did my latest work - installing a propane line for my new kitchen. It was a difficult location where he had to crawl on his belly in my crawlspace. But he did what was needed and did a great job. He's very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing. He did an excellent job - even the inspector was impressed. Ask for Joe next time you use Wolfers. You will not be disappointed in his work.

Shawn D arrived on time, with excellent attitude, and performed a annual check of our furnace. He showed us a couple of concerns, arranged for a new filter to be sent and was a joy to work with. We had Wolfers install a new HE Lenox furnace in Dec of 2012 and they were very efficient and timely with their work and are highly reccommended

Shawn P. was very courteous and helpful. Gladly answered my questions regarding my EcoWater water softening system. Explained completely what he was doing and why. Though problem was not definitely pin pointed left with a reasonable solution that I will follow up with to see if problem is resolved. Only reason for not 5 stars was appointment was scheduled for about 9am. Didn't arrive until 10:15 with no explanation.

We called Wolfers for a kitchen faucet leak and disposal problems and got an appt right away. In walks John B. who we had years earlier and so impressed with. Very personable and great job, even cleaned up afterwards. We would recommend highly and definitely call them again for plumbing/heating problems!

Francisco provided excellent service. He is a polite and professional technician and he fixed my furnace! Kristi is excellent in the office, also polite and professional, follows through and returns calls as promised. Wolfers also has a great service plan, too.

Steve K came to our house on 3/3/14 to do a tune up on our furnace, he did an excellent job, cleaned the furnace real well, ran it through the systems and left no mess. he was very polite.
