With over 20 years experience in the kitchen, he has developed his skills as a classically trained Chef by working in some of the finest restaurants in the triad and Virginia. He has a passion for Mediterranean cuisine and strives to use the highest quality fresh, local and organic ingredients to create innovative world class cuisine.
