The management is not good here and neither is the way they maintain apartments.

Doug Schults the manager of Veridian who owns these apartments treated me awful when I spoke in the phone with him about an issue. He ignored what I said about getting violations with no warning and called me a name. Completely lacking in any empathy ! Does not give a sh** about tenrnts here!! This is speaking from my horrible experience. He only kept repeating some nonsense about how professional the girls are he hires, completely irrelevant to what I called for in the first place about them telling me I have time to come in, then issuing me a paper saying I failed to notify them the next morning! One night of sleep they gave me to reply when they told me to take my time. Doug treated me like a low class person and don't expect him to give any care about you!!

They wait forever to fix repairs here if its not urgent or if its expensive for them it seems. The management plays favorites with certain residents from what I have seen. They do several checks in your apartment a year and it feels violating and like being harassed. They have attitudes in management like you are a low class citizen from what I've seen living there. Several of my neighbors felt the same that lower management can do whatever they want because its low income and the residents don't have a voice upper management wouldn't budge on concerns that were presented to him.

I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone because the management is unorganized, very nosy, and unprofessional. They treat you like lower class citizens here. If you want a family friendly, secure home, where you don't have to worry if the management is out to get you, please don't come here.
