My family has been going to Red Door for three generations. My parents took me there as a child and I just outfitted my two kids there. While we were there, my father bought a new pair of skis and he is 63 years old! The service was awesome, as always. They even gave me a 10% discount for paying in cash.

I don't think these negative reviewers ever went into the store. I experienced none of their problems. There were plenty of employees and both that I dealt with were courteous and knowledgeable. This store obviously has a good reputation as it was very busy and customers were definitely buying. This is not the store for you if you are looking for 2 year old close-out merchandise that nobody wanted to buy 2 years ago. Every item of clothing we saw (and bought) was a top brand name and current style. We will definitely shop at Red Door again.

Disappointed in this place. Used to go to Ski Sale in West Seneca NY and they merged to Red Door in Williamsville, NY. They keep your deposit on you instead of returning it. They claim they hold it for next year's boot rental or store credit. How genereous of them! No thank you! I'll take my deposit back because I return my boots! I'll be looking to Ski Rack in East Aurora NY where they don't hold your deposit hostage!
