I really like their service. The guy really did a great job and fixed my screen on iPhone 6 in less than 10min. The customer service was awesome. I highly recommend this place if you have a cracked screen. Ask for Rodrigo. I love this place. Now I don't have to buy that stupid insurance and pay monthly payments. Another smart fix, another stunning service and performance. I love this guys and their business they are simply awesome, I see some bad reviews here from the first timers I think it explains itself. Let's start talking more specific about my experience, I was visiting my cousins in the area, they just came from Apple Store which they went for fix their broken iPhone 6 screen but they could not. They been refused because their phone is bent which is not even look like, I've been couple of locations of smart fix I searched in Yelp and find out this location. They greet us very warmly and said it could be fix less than 30 min, also I told hem about my phone is not charging sometimes and i need to hold the cord and move to find right spot, I left my phone as well. We went back after 30 minutes my cousins phone is fixed beautifully and working great, they also clean my charging port with no charge works really nice now. They explained us their warranty policy and gave us our receipt.

Really liked the quality and the speed of the service provided by Rodrigo. Really friendly and definitely knew what he was doing. Therefore, I had to leave my review in hopes it helps anyone having doubts. Most definitely a pleasant experience and I already recommended a couple of people to go fix their phones there.

Really impressed with Rodrigos work he fixed my iphone at the ontario mills. He hooked me up. He is also located at west covina. Will always hit him up if i need a phone fixed. Definitely sending some business his way.

My iPhone 4 was giving me problems. I couldn't see anything on my screen. Rodrigo Helped me out and was very friendly and honest with what was wrong with the issue. I got it fixed within 10 minutes. The person who fix my iPhone 6 Plus Israel helped me to get the best price he can for me and replace my LCD which was in bad condition. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I definitely would my phone screen was broken real bad n ALEX was able to fix it for me not only he fixed my phone but he was nice n friendly. He made my phone look brand new again. He wasn't the only friendly one, so where his co workers great team . I work at the mall as well first time getting my phone fixed here. Love yelp but never is one to write a review. But in this instance I just had to, I was having problem with my iPad and took it to get fixed. The guy at the counter (Rodrigo) had it fixed in minutes! When I asked him how much? He said,...Nothing! Unbelievable, like I said I'm not one to write reviews, but in this case, I just had too. THANKS Rodrigo, great service.

Must say, Rodrigo really took care of me properly and was extremely professional with excellent customer service. The screen on my Samsung Galaxy S5 got damaged pretty badly. Rodrigo replaced it very efficiently but unfortunately, the screen was glitching out badly. Rodrigo hooked it up though and replaced my complete led at no extra cost. I am so happy and the phone works perfectly. Thanks, Rodrigo! You are a true professional
