Kate Collins Middle School offers a variety of learning opportunities for students in grades six, seven and eight. Its social studies classes focus on civics and economics. The school s math curriculum introduces the concepts of statistics, probability, patterns, functions, computations and estimations. Its physical education programs offer a range of sports activities, such as volleyball, archery, gymnastics, bowling, hockey, soccer, football, aerobics and lacrosse. The school also offers career and technical education courses in computer applications and family management. Additionally, the school operates a counseling department that organizes classroom sessions on conflict resolution, parenting and sex education.
