Dear A One of a Kind Pony Party, I just want to thank you for being so understanding. I thought that we were going to have to reschedule my daughters birthday party because of the rain but after speaking to Lee over the phone we were able to discuss the issue and work something out. Lee politely offered to just have her crew set up the petting zoo in the garage instead of the backyard. WHAT A GREAT IDEA! Everything worked out perfectly, we were able to continue our day as planned. The staff was very kind and worked very hard at keeping the mess off of our flooring. It was so much fun all of the animals were so cute, everyone loved them. Especially the Lion head bunny ELVIS, he captured everybody's attention. We will definitely have to have you guys back again next year. Thank you for everything you did to help make our day go as better as planned! You guys are most definitely A ONE OF A KIND(:

I just want to brag here a minute, this company is absolutely awesome! I hired them to come out to our house and do a 3 hour zoo. They arrived an hour early and set up fairly fast. The crew that was sent out were very nice to all the children and guests. Even when it had started raining! They offered to move the zoo inside of our garage. I thought it was silly at first but it turned out working perfectly. we had a nice dry zoo and all the time we paid for despite the ugly weather. They even kept up with all the mess that was made during the event, as well as cleaning up after. I really appreciate them for going out of the way to make sure our birthday party was what we paid for. I would recommend them to anyone who may ask, they are all a wonderful group of people. The pricing is cheap and the deals are great. Again thank you so much for all of your hard work and time! Everyone was very pleased with the turnout.
