Another excellent experience with Brinker's/Kotz. Jason was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and helped get the problem corrected quickly and efficiently. He fixed the initial problem which caused the service call and also fixed another problem in a different area while he was here. Jason arrived on time, was very courteous, quick and efficient. He helped us by diagnosing the root cause and ways to address the "water hammer" issue caused by our LG clothes washer. He then, as an additional part of the service call, removed and replaced the 24 year old, worn out tub spout diverter in our upstairs guest bathroom. We are pleased with the results of his visit. We also appreciate that he was diligent about covering and removing the "booties" covering his shoes as he came in and out of the house to avoid leaving any dirt on our recently replaced carpets! We have used Brinker's several times now, the most recent to install a rigid gas line for a new dryer and new plumbing for a basement laundry tub. Both times Jason was wonderful--efficient, knowledgable, informative. Can't say enough good things about Brinker's, and about Jason in particular.

Since my wife didn't want me to "botch the job", I enlisted the service of Brinkers Plumbing to perform the work. The technician, Jason, came out sized up the situation and advised us of the cost involved. He completed the job quickly and efficiently, answering all questions during the process. My wife and I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly during his time at our home. I would not hesitate to return to Brinkers for any future plumbing issues.

Jason R was informed about the hot water tank I had him install. He was very polite in his dealings with me. He cleaned up after installing the new tank. He did his work quietly and in a reasonable amount of time. I would invite him back to do other plumbing work.

Jason was Great! No really, he was great, polite, little booties on his shoes showed respect for our home, covered our washing machine and sink with plastic so the splatter from snaking out the pipes would not go all over and leave us with a mess to clean up. Tried a lot of plumbers throughout the years, Brinker's has a customer for the long term thanks to our experience with Jason.

Was very happy to get Jason again for home plumbing repair. Exemplary, professional, considerate of home. Efficiency X infinity. Cannot thank Jason enough also for his integrity at all times. Thought I needed a brand new garbage disposal but Jason immediately informed of remaining broken glass lodged in the unit. He removed glass and disposal is fine. We had a problem with our water heater this morning and contacted Brinker's to arrange a service call. I spoke with the customer service rep Eden, and he did a great job taking down our information and setting up a same day service call. Our service tech was Jason and he actually called to announce that he was able to arrive a half-hour earlier than the service time range. Jason was able to analyze the problem quickly and got right to work to replace the water heater. Jason left everything clean and neat, and was efficient, friendly and polite. I would recommend Brinker's to others, and if we have future need of such services I would not hesitate to contact Brinker's again and specifically request Jason.

Jason was very professional and capable. He also allowed me to ask questions and provided clear and easy to understand answers. He didn't allow our conversation to get in the way of his work causing unnecessary costs. I would definitely call Brinker's again ask for Jason!
