Provided by DexKnowsI lived there for 2 years and moved out in 2009. While living there the land lords never fixed anything, never shoveled when it snowed, the internet never worked, the pool was normally closed. I paid 500 dollars for a "pet deposit" that I never got back because they said they couldnt find any paper work and literally the week before our lease ended the landlord threatened to evict me when he saw me walking my dog. We had to resign our lease 3 times because they didnt show any paperwork on file and they switched managers or operators 3 times while we were there. We never recieved our deposit back and recieved a bogus letter with outrageous charges such as 75 dollars in light switch covers and saying we owed an ungodly amount but that it was all squared away we just wouldnt be getting our deposits back. Now two years later I looked at my credit report and have a $2700 dollar charge from a collection agency dealing with them....This place is a joke.

Provided by DexKnowsAbsolutely do not rent here. These people will cheat you out of everything, just as others have mentioned. Not only did the "free internet" not work, also, the "indoor pool" was never open. It was ALWAYS closed for maintenance during the entire term of our lease. Not only that, but the apartment owner is a total jerk and completely unprofessional. Not only does he never follow through with a single thing he says, but he also uses profanity in every sentence. This guy has still not paid us back our security deposits, and we are having to go through the hassel of taking him to small claims court to get back every penny he owes us.To previous tennants who are upset, it would definitely be worth all your time to report this man to the Missouri Attorney General, you can do this online at the MO attorney General's website. And just so you know, if he illegally withohlds your deposit for more than 30 days after your lease ends, you ucan sue for double what he owes you.

Provided by DexKnowsDO NOT RENT HERE!! First, we sent our first months rent in AUG and they called becuase they had no idea who we were becuase they had lost our lease we had signed FEB (but not before cashing our checks)!! Upon moving in we had found our apartment had not been touched since the last tenants had moved out... including finding dirty wash clothes in the bathtub. When we talked to the landlord he rudely told us we should expect to do cleaning when moving into a new apartment. The internet never worked (can we say false advertisement). Then comes winter... oh wait we have no heat and they either dont call back or are completely rude when asked to fix it. This includes the landlord hanging up on me. We requested for blinds to be hung and the one week for blinds turned into 6 months. We can not wait to get out of here!!

Provided by DexKnowsthe "too good to be true " review is exactly right. I lived in college town for one year and hated it. The supposedly free internet never works. Not to mention that during the time I was living there they changed managers three times, causing confusion and no organization. My roommates and I always paid rent on time, although college town lost our checks at least three times causing us to deal with late fees. When we finally moved out, we didn't get a dime of our deposit back due to our apparent "late fees", which made absolutely no sense at all. These SCAM ARTISTS, to top everything off seven months after we moved out, sent a collection agency to collect money from me, my roommates, and many other tenants. Don't live here...find somewhere else to live. You'll be happy you did.
