Jefferson Court, Franklin Court and Candlelight Apartments are under totally different ownership and management from College Town (formerly Main Court) They have been under the same ownership for over 20 years and the current manager has been there seven years. Please disregard these reviews as they relate to Jefferson Court apartments.

The owner of Main Court sold the complex now named College Town Apartments. Two different owners! I have lived in both. I would go back to Main Court.

these are the same apartments as college town apartments. This is just their old name... if you want to know about them, look under college town apts. these are TERRIBLE. i wish i could rate them 0 out of 5 but it requires you to click at least 1 star to post.
