Service writer - Mark Heard and technician are the best in the business. They are always prompt when receiving and caring for my vehicle. I travel a lot and they are always looking after my best interest.My 2010 ford edge has 80000.00 miles on it and runs like a top, thanks to these 2 gentlemen. Thank you so much I feel much saver on the road knowing they are looking after me.

I highly recommend the service department at Five Star Ford on Russell Parkway. I had taken my Ford F-150 to another service business in town and was told they couln't read the trouble code. I spoke with Chris Griffin at Five Star and he had all the right answers. He took me right in (10 am) and my truck was ready for pickup at 3:15 pm. My truck was washed and cleaned and looked great! The problem was fixed and my truck runs fantastic. I want to say thanks to Chris and the Ford service team!
