Provided by YP.comBuyer Beware!! READ THIS BEFORE BUYING -- Purchased a used car on 7-24 and took home the next day after this dealership was insistent that they must do their 27-point inspection. The same day we drove it home(7-25-12) the brakes squealed like crazy and the rear end did too when the car was put in drive. Called Dealership and was told to bring car back Friday, which I did at 7:40am. After NUMEROUS calls to 2 sales people, the service department, managers, etc. involved and all day trying to get a manager on the phone, I was finally told at 4:20pm that yes, they heard the noise and admitted that the brake pads were not Nissan pads and that any other kind will squeak, yet still refused to fix the problem with new pads unless I paid an additional $235 to get the repair done at my own expense!!! They are totally indifferent to customer service and are only concerned with moving cars off their lot!!! I was planning to go this Saturdy to buy a new Nissan Juke, but I will not be purchasing from this dealership for sure!!! The sad thing is that I have purchased 2 cars from Five Star in the past (this was the third) and they STILL treated me like this -- they have no regard for repeat customers and place zero emphasis on customer satisfaction!!!

Provided by YP.comI would be really careful going to this auto repair shop. On Saturday, my son was towed to Five Star Nissan after breaking down on the road. He was charged $603 to replace a starter on a 2001 Nissan Quest. The charge was outrageous. I called the Warner Robins Sears and gave them the make/model/year of the van and they quoted a repair price of $137 for the parts and $98 for labor. There was nothing extra wrong with the van starter/related issues that complicated the repair. They made the repair quickly and without any problem. I called my son to tell him he was being ripped off, but by then they had his van in a closed repair bay and had started work. It was too late to stop them. So if you want to be ripped off, take your car to this place. I could see an extra hundred dollars since they had my son at a disadvantage, but well over $350??? That is shear greed and cruelty for someone like my son who is a single parent with two children to take care of. When my son complained, he was told they weren't selling enough cars so they had to jack up their repair charges. Don’t let these people take advantage of you.
