I have used Guy Smith Heating and Air Conditioning for a almost 14 years. I am very pleased with them. Whenever I have to call for service the person that answers is very friendly, especially Gail, she listens and gets the job done and service is sent out quickly. The service is always great and the technicians are professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They are always ready to answer any questions I may have. Anthony diagnosed a problem then the next day Shaun did an excellent job making the repair. When we needed a unit replaced, it was done within a few days. Thank you for the excellent service!

We've used Guy Smith for many years, and always received good, professional service, at reasonable prices. When they installed our new unit (almost ten years ago) something made it difficult to change filters. And during one service call the technician completely taped over the filter slot. Other than these minor complaints, we've been very satisfied with them.

I have been a loyal customer for 19 years. Guy Smith has been the only HVAC professional to service our equipment and was there to install our new system four years ago. Gail has been a remarkable leader in the administration team and works closely with the management team and owner as needed to get the job done. The service tech was very prompt and professional. I was extremely pleased with the work that was performed and I signed a one year service agreement with them.

Highly recommended. Professional, courteous, affordable and fast! Called at 7 am Saturday morning and their tech was here by 8:30 am! Brian was able to diagnose my HVAC system and provide me with options that allowed me to decide what route to take. I recommend this company and particularly Brian, as an experienced technician. Our heat recently went out during one of the coldest times of year. The first tech couldn't fix it, but worked on it for three hours--late into the night--to diagnose it. They called the next morning--first thing--to let me know the cost of the parts to repair. The warehouse told them they had one of the parts, but didn't, so shipped overnight and a different tech fixed it the next day. Both techs were nice, polite and professional....and--most importantly--the heat's been working fine since.

Guy Smith Heating and Cooling is great! When I needed help they were there within an hour or so ... their people are super friendly and worked hard to solve our problem. They even called after the worker left our home to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction ... can't say I know of many other businesses that take time to do that. I will use Guy Smith Heating & Air Conditioning again and tell all my friends about them.

Whenever I call there, the people who answer the phones are so nice and helpful. The service guys are knowledgeable and very polite. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

These guys showed up quickly, and fixed my ac in less than an hour. Another company said I should get a new unit. The tech was honest and told me it was a simple repair. He took care of the problem right away.

Do not recommend. Can't keep appointments promised. Office management is disorganize...poor management of appointment schedule. I was scheduled on 4 and 5 May for AC tune up service and technician never showed on either day.

One thing after another, promises, spending a fortune on a system that we believe each technician sent out by Guy Smith really had no idea what they were doing. All had a different diagnosis, different opinion about what to do and even differing opinions on filters. Spent so much $$ for really no repairs, just mini fixes. Went to another company and purchased an entire new system because of this. PS: service techs asking if it is ok to smoke in your house??? Hello, not to mention you are working with gas lines here...
