I love the staff and vets at this clinic , Have been taking my dogs and cats here for about 20 yrs and trust no other clinic with my pets , very caring staff , vets are wonderful and knowledgeable , will save you money by doing proper procedures the first time .Am about to have my 10th animal over the years spayed there !
Under the care of the new Dr. It took 25 days to get the RIGHT meds for my new baby ragdoll cat that became so ill from a coccidian infestation he is now has permanently stunted growth and weighs less then half what his littermates. Absolutely now explanation was given for the delay in action. Why I could not get the Dr. to come to the phone to talk to me, I do not know. The receptionist tried to stop me from seeing one of the other Dr.s. saying that it was not allow having one of the other Dr.s look at the cat. This is just the tip of the iceberg on this story. I have had 20 + years of excellent service from what I consider two of the best Veterinarians that I have met before this but the way my kitten suffered was inexcusable. The keen integrity that I had come to know from the two founders has been thrown out the window. When ego meets inability terrible things can happen.

Very compassionate. Clearly the staff is all animal lovers. They are busy, but that's because of their caring for the animals, friendlines and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a pet. That's how I found them - from a crazy dog lady I work with! Only place she will take her "baby."
While the people are nice, every single time we have had an appointment, we have waited for over 30 minutes. One time, we waited 50 minutes before being seen. I understand that they take emergencies first; however, I know that on most of the occasions in question, there were no emergencies....they simply were running late because they overbook. The last time (today) I waited 35 minutes. There were no emergencies. There were only 2 people in the waiting area. I finally told them I needed to be seen or reschedule. They went "in the back" and came out to say, "We can take your dog into the back and take care if this" (routine shots). They took my dog into the back through the door they usually use as an exit for pets who have been kept and are being picked up. Five minutes later, I paid and was gone. It was very clear they had mismanaged my file and if I hadn't have spoken up, I would have been waiting until they closed. No excuse. My time is as valuable as theirs.

Dr. Rick is always patient and compassionate as is his staff. He works very hard to keep costs down, is honest about the options available and is always able to fit us in, even when their office is overflowing with people and pets. I cannot imagine what we will do if he ever retires. Please don't retire, Dr. Rick!

great service. great prices. even their women are hot looking. i dont mind waiting for my dog to get seen by a vet if that's the view you get.
After visiting several veterinary clinics in the area that were charging a gold mine for pet care and their customer service was lacking, going to this place was the best decision I made. I have a newly adopted Boston Terrier female and she needed a follow up apt. The staff here and the doctors are very knowledgable about what they do and believe in a holistic approach when it comes to animal care. This is the best place to take your pets by far.
They take great care of your pet and will find ways to help you save money, not try to over charge you!!Highly recommend!!
Great service, friendly people, best price around, customer service is excellent.
