I requested repeatedly to have my pets medical records be sent to another clinic for second opinion. I received the royal run around. Even the other clinic where my pet was going could not get movement from the staff at St Francis. The comment from the receptionist was that the records would not be faxed "any time soon."

Our 2 year old Mini Schnauzer recently had puppies so we needed to take them to a vet for an exam. We also needed to have their tails docked and their dew claws removed. (The vet actually recommended having the claws removed) We took them to ST. Francis Animal Hospital because they were close to where we live and they did not require an appointment. The vet docked the tails of all 5 puppies but she only removed the dew claws on one puppy because she said that the others did not have the dew claws. She said that she examined all of them but somehow she did not see that all of them did in fact have dew claws. I returned and simply asked them to finish the job which I had paid them to do and they refused to even look at my puppies unless I paid them a $35 per puppy exam fee. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager they told me to leave or they would call the police. I wasn't even yelling? ST. Francis has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau and now I know why. DISHONEST!
