We came back to Sonju Two Harbors for our second new vehicle this year. Purchasing my Ford F150 went so good a few months ago we returned to Sonju to look for a new vehicle for my fianc. Just like our earlier purchase of the F150, our purchase of our new Jeep went just as good. We got a good price on the Jeep and they also took in our old vehicle as a trade in. The work was done before I had time to take a seat and open my newspaper. I wanted a quote on a small light duty trailer as long as I was there, so the recep. hailed a salesperson, he asked me what I needed, showed me what was in stock and gave me a price. 5 minutes max. Then I decided to find a spot to read the paper, but I never got there, Bob said "we're good to go", and I signed the work order and wrote a small check. Never opened the paper.

I was greeted immediately when I walked through the door by a salesman (Brad) with a smile and a willingness to listen to my needs. Within 30 minutes, we had honed into the right vehicle for me, identified the color and located the vehicle on another dealer's lot. The price that Sonju quoted me was very reasonable and more than competitive. The finance team (specifically Scott) explained both added protection packages for my vehicle as well as available finance packages. He also contacted many different banks to obtain the best interest rate. Within a few days, my vehicle was delivered to me (over 100 miles from the Sonju dealership) for added convenience because I had a rental vehicle as a result of an accident that totaled my previous vehicle. I have had nothing but fine service on the 6 pick ups that I have bought from the salesman Kurt Oling. Service and getting parts that I needed were all provided quickly and installed correctly. I would highly recommend Sonju as a fine all around Dealer.

This is the second purchase I've made from Sonju and it will not be my last. I have never felt pressured to buy anything there. I have always felt that the employees wanted me to find the right fit for me not just sell me a car. I also felt that if I couldn't find that perfect car for me I could walk away and still be treated kindly.

I have bought several vehicles for our company use and several vehicles for personal use. Mark Pass has been my salesperson and has done an outstanding job finding and delivering quality vehicles. He has also stood behind the sales with service when small problems have surfaced. I have been very pleased with my Sonju Superstore experience.

Initially difficult to get in touch with someone who was willing to help. After emails, calls to the dealership we were able to connect with the right person. John Benoit was willing to listen to our complaint and make it right.

My car was due for its regularly scheduled rust-proofing; staff was courteous, waiting area was comfortable, service was completed perfectly!

I was quite satisfied with my purchase, but unfortunately, the GMC started having transmission problems only a little more than a week after I took it home. Needless to say, I was more than a little disappointed. I then made an appointment with your service department. I appreciated that John and crew got me in there as soon as they could. Clearly, it's a busy place! Well, the diagnosis was that the truck needed the transmission replaced. It was then that I decided to find out if there were any options for me other than replacing the transmission.

Our experience was very good. Everyone was courteous and kept us informed during our time there. One thing we have noticed during our buying and service visits is that there should be a way to insure a little more privacy when confidential items such as Social Security numbers and such are being asked for. It's easy for someone wandering the showrooms to overhear these numbers. Maybe just asking for them in writing would solve the issue. Thanks

Went in for Auto Butler Paint Protection. Went to eat breakfast at Sonju Caf, after eating went to wait and only had to wait 1 1/2 hours. Good thing I had my Cellphone to get on the internet and do some work.

On Monday, June 16th, I stopped by Sonju without an appointment hoping to get in for an oil change. Jon Benoit greeted me at the service counter. Within five minutes, Jon had my car in the shop, filled up the fluids and had a service technician assigned. Jon advised of a 40 minute TAT. The oil change and inspection were completed within the time frame. It was a great experience as usual. Thank you.

Good. Our salesman, Andy Gamache, worked hard to find us the vehicle we requested. He offered us one at a price lower than any area dealers. The whole experience fairly straight-forward, and with little pressure. However, the purchase process was a little slow and included some attempts to get us to purchase "add-ons." Our salesman, Andy Gamache, worked hard to remedy the issues that we had with the used vehicle. The repairs to the three items we noted were quickly and well done.
