Mental Health Counseling treating children, teenagers and adults with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Autism, Grief and Loss, ADHD, OCD, Eating Disorders, LGBTQIA+, Gender Identity, First Responders, and Addiction. We use EMDR, Expressive Arts Therapy, CBT, DBT, Supportive, Talk-Therapy, and Sand tray therapy. We offer appointments in office and virtual.
