COPE Community Services is a private, nonprofit organization that provides behavioral health care and community-based services for individuals and families. It offers programs and resources for recovery from serious mental illnesses, substance abuse, HIV/AIDS and stress. The organization provides medication, case management, acupuncture, health education, life skills training, and individual, family and group counseling assistance for adults with substance abuse issues through its outpatient services. COPE Community Services residential services include social and recreational activities and individualized care, supervision and transportation assistance. It has a recovery support department that offers peer support, advocacy, encouragement, education, pre-vocational consulting and volunteer opportunities.
