They are not upfront on how long it take to do repairs. Had a watch for over 2 months and have yet to repair it! Numerous phone calls and got the same answer every time. Do not recommend this business for your repairs!

Late picking up watch and phone calls boarded on harassment. Sad to say watch does still NOT work. Take business elsewhere!

Old school charm mixed with old school expertise reign in this quaint watch repair shop. Both Mr. Quackenbush and Martin, who changed the batteries in my watch, were very warm and made sure to take care of the customers that I saw while I was waiting in the shop. I even brought in a watch that had the battery thrown away by another jeweler and there was no problem. If you are tired of dealing with people who can barely perform the bare minimum, go to A-1 Watch Company for a refreshing change.
