I have been going to Park Place Fast Fix with my watches for years! They have always taken good care of me and my watches! I was there fairly regularly to replace batteries (I love watches) and they stopped handing out the cards for batteries since they write inside. They always replaced the batteries. Last year we moved to Colorado Springs and slowly each of my watches batteries have run down. I looked up the Fast Fix here in town and found only 1. So, I took my watches there. I had 9 watches and only 3 cards. The guy there would only replace the ones with the cards and wouldn't do the others, even though there was writing inside, because he couldn't read it. I came home and called the Park Place Fast Fix and told Lori what happened...she immediately asked for my name, address, and description of the rest of the watches and is sending me cards for the other 6 watches! Boy, I sure miss the fabulous customer service from the folks at Fast Fix Park Place Mall!! Can't wait to take those cards, with the watches, back to that guy here in town. If there had been another Fast Fix, I would go there, but alas, he is the only one in CS, so I will go back to him and then he can replace the other 6 batteries!

My family and I have been coming to this store for the past decade. They have worked on watches for us ranging from costume to Movado, Tiffany, and beyond, and have never had a problem in all these years. While people might know they are great at repairing jewelry, they might not be aware that they are equally as great at creating custom pieces for prices lower than I have found anywhere else. They have become the only store we go to and the only store we trust with our pieces. I can understand why you might think that what looks like a repair store in a mall couldn't possibly be a full service jeweler with the highest standards for your cherished jewelry, but you couldn't be more mistaken. No matter your jewelry needs, you will be doing yourself a great disservice if you bypass this store in favor of a store with a fancier front, higher prices, and at best, the same quality work.
