The service is slow. The place is dirty and some of the booths are broken. The Manager Belinda is rude and loud. The only thing good is the food. If you want dinner and a show sit at the counter and see how unprofessional everyone is.

i had a late dinner at Dennys on the 11th of September 2013, we where seated at around 8 pm , no one came to ask for drinks , a waitress who we passed in the parking lot and said hello to was getting ready to start her shift , note start ,, we saw her come in and she looked at us and walked over and said , have you been waited on , she proceed to take our order when a woman who i believe was acting as the manager scolded her for waiting on our table , publicly scolded her, the waitress apologized , i ordered a double cheese burger, my son ordered a bacon cheese burger , onion rings , we received our food , hhmm no cheese , five onion rings total on order , all where so hard you could not chew , no lettuce , note the cheese was delivered on a plate , no thanks , the burgers where cooked solid, i dropped my burger on my plate it made a clunk noise , worst meal i have ever had there , will not go in the evening again , couldn't believe it was served ,manager sloppy needs training
We had a group of six, two children and four adults. The food was not what we expected at all! The sour cream seemed to have a spoiled taste, so did the grits. It could have been so much better. The worst part of this restaurant was when my grandson and I had to use the restrooms, we had to walk threw a actual smoke house due to all the smokers. I am not over reacting it was BAD! We had to hold our breath to get threw it and practically run in and out of it. We spelled half the day like we had been smoking. A long shower was needed after our hour ride home just to get the smell out! I was really disappointed that anyone would think a nonsmoker with children would want to walk threw that! penny's may want to rethink their layout for the respect of those who do not smoke or want to fill their lungs with that cancer killing drug! As far as the food not being that great, to us the smokers was the rune of it all!
