I went to Walts for the first time a few days before the Thanksgiving Break. I was heading to Saint Louis for the weekend and wanted them to look at my check engine light. They could not have taken better care of me and my car. They gave me a ride back to work, and worked on my car for the next 2 days and it was ready the day before I left town! The mechanics were very nice and the best part, Walt the owner, is always singing while he works, its pretty funny. I would certainly recommend Walts!

First I took my car to another shop that prided themselves to be able to be Walt's prices. After the repairs were supposed to be done, I still have the same oil leak and my check engine light came back on. I took it to Walt's auto service. Walt not only found the reason for my check engine light, he also found and explained the cause. Along with that he did a complete and thorough inspection of my car. Walt explained what was needed now and what could wait. His expression was here is your grocery list and you chose what you want to put in the cart. They repairs were not cheap but I got my monies worth. Also Walt pointed out that he had a nationwide warranty that covered my repairs. Great service and no more check engine light.

This is my 2nd car I have brought to Walts. They do a great job checking everything out and letting me choose what I can get done now and what can wait. I switched shops because of the way they check everything out and they do not overcharge you for stuff you don't need!

My car just died. They checked it out and found my wiring harness had bare and brittle wires. They checked and found a recall for this but it had expired. I could have caught on fire!! Thank you for everything, you practically saved my life!!
