Thought my water pump was going and was expecting the worst. Sean quickly diagnosed the problem..It was my water holding tank. They had it diagnosed and replaced within 2 hours...Great Service!!!!!!

Banner did an outstanding job of giving us an entirely new filtration system (to replace our Culligan system that had been acting up for quite some time and that Culligan was unable to repair), and they also installed a new interior water tank and did some other plumbing work that has totally fixed numerous problems we've been having. I tried other plumbers in the area, none of which were able to totally fix our problems despite repeated visits and hundreds of dollars worth of bills. I highly recommend Banner.

Well 4 trips later and 3 "new" systems later and things still aren't the same. The water is building up everything. Also shame on us for not comparing prices the mark up was almost double for the system that was put in. I will NEVER use Banner Water again and will tell others the same. Very disappointed!

Fantastic service. We had them install a water treatment system and they have checked on water pressure problems for us multiple times. Refreshingly, they actually steered us away from spending more money to fix it, instead showing us ways to address it. Then we had a well failure on a Friday night and the owner, Sean came out himself to assess that night. It was well after dark and he determined the well pump had failed. He came out the next day to fix it so we wouldn't be without water. Professional, courteous, fantastic.

They also tried to push extra work during the project which would would have blown my budget. When I declined having the work done they copped an attitude with me and were very "cold" to me for the rest of the project. One aspect of the job was not done the way I had originally asked for. I let it slide not hinking it mattered, but after the fact I realized it created a situation in which I'd need thier services in the future. I recently had very similar work done by another water compnay at another property I own and paid 20% less. The quality of work and materials was just as good, if not better than what banner provided me.
