I've never particularly enjoyed car buying experiences. But the two recent new car purchases from Ron Burson at Landmark Ford were very refreshing. We were greeted in the parking lot. Tony was ready for our appointment and very knowledgeable about our vehicle... It was ready as expected, washed and ready to go. We got transportation both ways from Landmark and did not have to wait. Our rewards program covered all costs of the routine service including tire rotation.

I came in for a oil change and ask Mike about my car choking from a stop sign...after I told Mike that my car was acting like...If a old person that was 95 at a stop sign, I would be still waiting for the car to gallop away from the stop and the little old person would be at the finish line. After we got finish laughing, I brought the car, the service department check it out and I needed a new clutch...Mike ordered and I got the part in, they gave me a loner. Car works great now. Thanks
