Regular maintenance service.
I enjoyed coming in and not feeling any pressure to purchase a car. In fact, we did a test drive with no pressure, left and came back about a week later and bought the car.

Brought car in for some simple maintenance service. Car was done in less time than estimated which made me happy :)
I dropped my vehicle off in the morning for The Works service; just left it for the day. However, no one called me to let me know when the service was complete. Also, when I looked at the comments on the service invoice, one indicated "RLEAK Major Fluid Leak present and requires immediate repair" yet no one called my to point this out or to talk about the specific repair service.
I brought my wife's MKX in for service yesterday, 06-07-16, as well as a warranty issue. As usual the "Green Team" did a timely service and has ordered parts for my warranty work. I am certain once the parts come in Kylle McCullah will contact me to reschedule the necessary repair.Our families go to guys at Landmark are; Kylle in Service, Dan Sorden in Finance/Warranty and Jaben Highley in Sales.Thank you guys, to our family you are the face of Landmark Ford and as a customer our family really appreciates all of your efforts over these many years. Landmark Ford has yet to let us down!

Service department is fantastic. Mike walker is top notch. Expectations were exceeded as always.
Mike Walker and the Red Team always insure that our vehicles get all the service and repairs that we need taken care of. He always does an excellent job for us, and he is the main reason that we continue to bring our vehicles to Landmark Ford for anything we need done to them.
