Jen is an excellent resource for insurance needs and additional services. Jen let us know that we could receive a discount on our auto insurance if we successfully completed a Motor Vehicle Accident Prevention Course and submitted the certificate. They also follow up with reminders when we need to repeat the course to continue the discount. Instead of purchasing any of the ID Protection services advertised, Jen mentioned that protection could be included in our Homeowners policy for a reasonable amount which will be more convenient if a report is ever needed. Jen also helped with the Windstorm Mitigation inspection done on our home that resulted in a discount on the homeowners insurance premium. We hope Jen never leaves Seibert.
I have been a customer for more then12 years and what keeps me with them is their dedication to serving their customers and the commitment to finding the best product at the best price. More then that Jennifer is outstanding in her commitment to her customers. When I call her it's like talking to an old friend. Jennifer you are the best.

We are still doing business with Seibert because of Jennifer H. Everytime the rates on one of our policies goes through the roof she will hunt down the best rate for the coverage we need. She's a huge asset, and always happy to check thigs out for us.

Jennifer at Seibert has been wonderful to work with. Very responsive to emails and phone calls, very helpful with selecting the most appropriate policies, and very professional throughout our interactions. We were picked up by this agency after our previous agency dissolved, and I feel very fortunate that we found ourselves with the Seibert Agency. Thanks for all of your help over the years.

My wife and I have had several auto and home policies with Siebert Insurance over the past 20 years. Our sons have also insured their vehicles with this agency. I have enjoyed working with Phyllis, who has consistently been prompt in responding to our inquiries, courteous, and knowledgeable. More recently, I have had the pleasure of working with Raymond. Siebert Insurance Agency is strongly recommended to anyone in need of dependable insurance coverage.
I have been a client of the Seibert Agency for many, many years. Keith and his employees have assisted me with my flood, building, personal, automobile, and umbrella policies many times. In fact, within the last month the Seibert Agency has assisted me with my automobile policy. When I received my invoice, the premium had gone up dramatically. After examining the policy and bill, Seibert employee Phyllis was able to reduce the invoice approximately 15%. A client's needs of various kinds of insurance are investigated and correct insurance is purchased to fulfill those needs. Again, I am extremely happy with Keith Seibert and expect to be with him for a long time.

We have 3 different policies (hazard, flood, & auto) through Seibert and remain very happy with their agent service. They are professional and always searching to find the best policy to suit the customer's needs and at the same time trying to keep the costs low for us. Recommendable Agency.
This year not only have I, once again, purchased my homeowners insurance with Seibert Insurance I decided to inquired about auto insurance. Mind you my record is excellent so maybe that is why the rate beats any other insurance company that I am aware of and I searched at least 10. Seibert has had great rates for homeowners over the years and it appears their auto rates are equally very good. Their agents are immediate responders and most helpful. Mr. Basden has been with Seibert now for several years. He is easy to work with, professional and knows insurance.
