I'm writing this review because I've had the opportunity to have a great experience at MIT Computers. My daughter's laptop crashed and needed a new hard drive...well Jeremy at MIT asked me if I had any warranty on my laptop, which led me to investigate. It turned out that my laptop still had warranty left. Although, I have to send my laptop to Dell to repair it will save me over $200 dollars in repair. MIT is an ethical computer repair shop and people like them are hard to find.

I went to MIt computers completely frustrated and had no idea how to resolve my problems. Jeremy was more then helpful in providing a proper solution to address ALL of my issues for me and now I am happier then ever !!!!! I will not trust anyone else to provide my solutions, and now they are repairing cell phones now too, hopefully I wont need it but if I do i am sure they will do the right thing for the right price !

I have brought a my desktop and laptop to MIT a few times over the past couple of years and have had good results. They have been very professional and respectful. When issues have arisen, they made the extra effort to correct and make me comfortable with the service. The last time I dropped off my desktop due to it not booting up. It booted up fine for them and they couldn't reproduce the error. They returned the computer at no charge. Not even a diagnostic fee. I would recommend them to anyone with a computer issue.

MIT did a superb job of diagnosing and repairing my 4 year old HP. Quick 24 hour turnaround and my laptop is running smooth and fast. I am thoroughly pleased with the service and the warranty on the repair job is generous.
