Thank you Jen, John Angela and Tish for taking such good care of Abby while we were in myrtle beach. Abby was very happy with her visits and spa treatment. You are very special people and Abby loves you. Angela thank you for coming over to watch Abby at our home, that's going over and above.you were a God send. Horrible!!!!!! We took our dog to Annie s grooming tails During his stay I called to check on him, the girl that answered the phone told me that she took him and another dog outside and forgot that she had taken them out there but they are playing and having a good time when she remembered they were outside. Guess she thought that made up for forgetting about him. We had him groomed during his stay. I thought we made it clear that we just wanted his face, feet and sanitary areas cut but retured to find him completely shaved!! Also he lost 4 lbs while he was there!!! He is a very light eater at home but ate 3 cups of food and drank two bowls of water as soon as we got home!!! Also when we picked him up she said it was probably time for him to go to the bathroom and he couldn t get to the grass soon enough!!! Also she showed us a larger kennel he would be staying in and when we picked him up we watched her take him out of a small crate! Please do not take your dogs here!!!

Best on the beach! This is the only place I've been to with amazing groomers AND a great boarding facility! Love it! I just wish I hadn't wasted so much money trying other place and found this place sooner!!!

Very skilled groomers! Their place is full of certificates and awards! Now I see why, they were wonderful with my dogs and they both looked amazing when I went to pick them up! i will recommend this place to all of my friends!!!

This is the third time I have had my pekingese groomed at Annie's. I am very happy with the service, personnel and grooming and I am VERY picky about my dog. I researched several grooming facilities before choosing Annie's. I highly recommend them.

I have been leaving my beagle here several times a year for quite some time. My dog has seperation anxiety and does not do well without us. They went above and beyond to take care of him and give him plenty of attention. I called several times during the day to check on him. I would not leave my dog with just anyone.

I boarded my poodle there for 4 days and was having him groomed while he was there. When I came back to pick him up he was shaking so hard when they brought him out to me. My dog was traumatized for several months. He wouldn't let me out of his sight.I will never go there again nor recommend them.

They did a very good job cutting my poms hair. They also have pet boarding. I will bring my pet back. Frank. Myrtle Beach.

The lady at the front went in the back to pick get my dog which I dropped off for grooming. All of a sudden my dog came out flying across the floor as if he was thrown and she didn't come back out???? I left with my pooch, called the owner, she apologized then had the girl call me back to apologize. When I was explaining to her how rude she was to throw out a $1000 dog she said "If your not happy, find service elsewhere!" and just hung up. I will NEVER go there again and have told other people about my experience.

With 5 chihuahuas, all needing their nails done at the same time, Annie and her staff know them as well as I do. She is a very kind, gentle person and quickly makes them at ease.....and thats saying a lot considering their breed. They are the absolute best!

I took my boxers in to be bathed, etc. and neither one of them had ever been to the groomers before. When i walked in, there were dogs running all around the place (it was very comforting to see that they didn't have them all in cages). My dogs were immaculate and not a flea on them anywhere. they were very well taken care of while they were there. Also, i was not able to pick my "babies" up until 6pm and the friendly staff at Annie's said that was fine. annie's has awesome hours, friendly, caring staff. A great experience for all dogs! They even have a "doggie" day care! How cool is that!?!

Very caring! You can tell they love animals! I'd recommend to anyone!
