Super slow to make repairs, last repair request went in 2 months ago and no progress now the furnace is not working and all they say they can do is text the property manager. The property manager will not speak to you and they don't give out numbers. Last week they said he was out of the office and doesn't have a cell phone this week they are sending him a text. They try to explain that the property manager has to manage over 200 properties so you can't expect them to do it well. The only thing the are fast on is if they didn't get the rent of if they think they didn't get it. They thought I didn't pay it and immediately give me threatening phone calls and voicemails about taking me to court. I call them back and provide transaction ID numbers and they stop calling no apologies. Just call me a dirt bag then stop talking to you. This happened two or three times.
