Charles J. Greve & Co is a full service commercial real estate company serving greater Pittsburgh and the surrounding counties. Founded in 1959 by Charles J. Greve the company has expanded its presence in other markets as well. During its first thirty years in business, Charles J. Greve & Co was primarily engaged in the leasing and managing of downtown office structures. Those properties included some of Pittsburgh's most prestigious office buildings. Today, Charles J. Greve & Co has expanded their business to include management and leasing of suburban office buildings, apartment complexes, shopping centers and asset management. Additionally, Charles J. Greve & Co provides client services for tenant representation, commercial sales, and a full service interior construction and maintenance firm which specializes in both retail and office renovation. Partners C. Eric Greve and David R. Greve aggressively pursue new business opportunities and strategies that will benefit the firm as well as their clients. They are noted in their industry for providing a high level of service while keeping costs to their clients at the lowest possible level. C. Eric Greve is a graduate of Duquesne University with a BA in business management. Mr. Greve has been involved in the firm as a salesperson since 1975 and became the broker of record for the company in 1986. Mr. Greve was responsible for the company's expansion into the retail and construction business and its expanding role in the tenant representation market. David R. Greve joined the firm in 1978 as an office building manager and has since acquired his brokers license. Mr. Greve is primarily responsible for the company's entrance into the apartment business. Today, Mr. Greve oversees the operation of most of the apartment rental units as well as working in the office building, shopping center and asset management business.
