I love it here because they always find a way to make the customer experience unforgettable. If I were you, I would pay them a visit.

The best thing about Academy Vets is that they care about their customers, but even more, their customers pets.

They took care of my dog when they were about to close. I called them like 5 minutes before they were going to close. and they were able to take me in regardless of their schedule. They really went out of their way.

Dr. Jones has always been there for our animals, no matter what time of the day (or night). When he received a call from us at his home at 2am when our chihuahua was having seizures, he didn't even think twice before telling us to rush her to his office and he would meet us there. He saved her life. He has also had to put down several of our old cats (Biscuit was 25 years old, and had a really bad infection on her face, and Mr. Whiskers was 14 and had a large tumor on his face), and Dr. Jones and his staff very sympathetically helped us through letting both of our very special friends go. Overall, I will never take my animals anywhere else.

We have taken all our animals to Dr. Jones for as long as I can remember. The staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, especially Phyllis and Debbie.

The people who work there were very friendly, informative and had very much patience with my dog. They were very caring and attentive to my needs.

Thanks to the doctor and everyone involved with JunieB successful surgery september 18, and removing th stitches September 27. A very special thanks to Lisa for caring fo JunieB, because Lisa knew her personality and knew what attention JunieB needed and cared for her until I arrived to pick her up. I called the office the day after her surgery and spoke with DJ about JunieB not drinking water, thanks for understanding and respecting my concerns. I have been visiting your vet office for many years with several different animals. Dr. Jones even tried to solve a unique barking situation I had with Brandy, my male 10 pound poodle when I was working for the US Government overseas. He always listened and came up with the best solution to whatever problem I had for my animals. I also, think his staff is very good and shows genuine concern for the animals in their care. Thanks to all of the staff that touched our lives.
