Mission PHC was very quick to respond to my initial problem, gave me a couple of options. I chose to have them come back at another time to give me some options. They were right on time for the appointment and spent the time to get me the options I needed. When I made a choice we scheduled a replacement. They were right on time, very clean and respectful of my house, and did a great job with the installation.

We highly recommend Mission PHC and specifically Eddie Cone. It's the nature of an older home to need some care in fits-and-starts. Our Shawnee home is no different. We've had Eddie out 3 times in the last 3 months and he's been a tremendous help. He's diagnosed and repaired a clogged basement drain, a cracked toilet tank and leak, and installed new 1/4 turn ball valves to support our new dishwasher. We can't say enough about his service and Mission PHC. Thanks!

When I called Mission Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, the receptionist was warm and friendly. She took our need seriously and Richard responded to our home in an hour! He was very friendly!In addition, he was considerate by covering his shoes so as not to dirty our flooring as he went in and out. Richard explained everything he was doing and gave tips for maintenance in the future.

We highly recommend this company. They were able to fix our heattpump the day we called them. Eddie was polite and worked hard to diagnose the problem, then fix it. They have workers you are not reluctant to let inside your home!

Excellent responsiveness and service call. I left an e-mail regarding a nonurgent service matter and had a response within a few minutes (after normal work hours). I then received a call at 7:30 a.m. to set up an appointment. The service technician was dispatched to my home and was here at 9:30 a.m. Eddie, was very professional in his appearance and in walking me through the needed repairs and related costs. The work was all completed in a timely fashion and explained in appropriate detail. Based on this experience, I would certainly call this company anytime I needed the services they provide. Far exceeded my expectations in every regard!

Good response time and fixed my problem

Mission has been very dependable for me. My furance problems always seem to happen on or the night before a holiday, and they still respond. Eddie C. was the service rep who came most recently, and I give him a 10 out of 10. Very nice, knowledgeable, and found and fixed the problem even though it wasnt obvious at first. Highly recommend.

Great Service ...

Eddie C. and Gary both did a great job at installing my new hot water heater as well as a few valves that were dripping. They were both very professional, courteous and on time. They did exactly what was needed and made me feel at ease! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have a new hot water heater installed or any plumbing repairs they need!
