When I originally built my home 30 years ago Mission did it, been 30 years I had another company put in a new furnace 5 years ago I wasn't satisfied , Thn II was getting quotes for a New A/C and some other things I needed repairs , Missions prices were the best again after 30years . The others could even give me a date they could start on Mission was there the Next Business day done in 4 hours. WHAT A PROFESSIONA Job!!! MISSION is the only company I will be calling from now on. They claim their slogan is If you are not satisfied with our work,
we will do the job again for free. They do not stand behind their product. They installed an air conditioner with a pin hole size leak. The past two years we have had to PAY to put freon in our system and now they are coming out to fix it, AND MAKING US PAY FOR IT. Not at all satisfied! Would NOT recommend! Now they are charging us $1200 for two hours of labor!

Our 20 year old air conditioner quit working on a very hot Friday evening - we were able to call and quickly get an appointment. The unit was repaired and we chose to install a new air conditioner and furnace. The sales rep met with us Saturday, gave us detailed information, quoted a competitive price (deducting the repair cost from the cost of the new unit) and arranged for installation on Tuesday. The professional crew of four showed up on time at 7:30 and did an outstanding job installing the new units. We couldn’t be more confident or pleased with Mission Plumbing, Heating and Cooling.

I am consistently impressed with Mission PHC. They always provide excellent service superior products and options to repair, replace, etc. with excellent prices. Mission PHC is my go to for any PHC issues. Kyle was professional, courteous, and friendly. He answered my questions thoroughly and did not mind me watching. Kyle was SUPER!!!

Steven was very thorough with removing our 25 year old furnace and installing a new one. He even seemed to go the extra mile to make sure that everything was installed and working properly, including using a compressor to blow the "gunk" out of the hosing apparatus. Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling even matched competitors pricing. I would highly recommend Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling to anyone who needs to have work done.

AC went out at night. In the morning I called Mission Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning and Jeff, a service tech, arrived promptly around 10:30 AM. He was polite, professional, and informative. We discussed repair options without any type of heavy sales pitch involved. In the end he recharged my freon level and provided budgetary pricing for full AC replacement. Pricing was better or equal to competitors. I would consider using Mission Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning again if needed.

I had new heating and cooling systems put in my home. The price was great and all the staff I worked with or even talked to were kind and helpful! Steve,Chad,and Tom were knowledgeable and explained everything very well. I highly recommend this company!!!!

Awesome service, Great Technician (Jeff M). Super job with the sump pump replacement and AC service. Explained everything that could or should be done and cost. I have lived in this house for 20 years, lots of different service providers, Mission was the best to date. They were on time, did a great job at a fair price!!!!! Brian and Chad installed a new Lennox AC unit and it included adding a return vent as well. They did PHENOMENAL work, always wore their footies indoors, cleaned up any debris, swept the driveway and replaced the mulch around the AC pad. Can't say enough about how pleased, gratified we are. Merritt

We called several companies and this was the only one that could come out the same day. The tech, Rob Olson did a great job! Found the problem immediately and had the part in his truck. The cost was much lower than we expected and he cleaned the unit and checked for any other problems. We will definitely use this company in the future.

My serviceman, Rob, was wonderful. He was polite and patient. He answered all of my stupid questions, and really educated me on how an air conditioner works. I felt completely comfortable having him in my home and love having cold air again!

Chad & Steven did a great job installing our new AC & Furnace. They were very polite. They showed us where everything was and how our new system worked.

first time I've used mission plumbing. had a leaky release valve on my water heater. He offered a $300 replace of the part or a $5 brass fitting fix. since the water heater is almost 11 years old and I will probably have to replace it soon, I choose the 5 dollar option. With the trip charge, was under $100! Very pleased with same day appt. and honesty.

Mission PH&C came out to check my A/C that was not cooling. After finding my 10 year old Trane A/C unit was empty on Freon, I made the decision to replace it with a new Trane A/C unit and A coil. My techs were Chad and Zach. They called me before arriving at my house. The old A/C unit was removed and the new A/C unit was installed promptly with no problems. I also upgraded to a new Honeywell Wi-fi programmable thermostat that I really enjoy and would highly recommend to others. Great service from Mission PH&C!

Water was leaking under our furnace on a Friday evening. We called Mission about it. A follow-up call was made back to us very quickly and Rob came on Saturday to fix the problem. He did a great job as always. We're been customers of Mission PH&C for years and plan to stay.

I could see that a lot of work was involved in the removal of the old unit and the installation of the new. Tom made it look so easy. He was extremely nice, answered my questions and after he left you would never have known that someone had been there installing a unit. Tom is a definite asset to Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling.
