All the gowns are beautiful and timeless. This is a great place to get a gown. However, the alterations were bad‎

I wanted a specific Rivini gown. Rivini is very exclusive and Laura's is the only store in town that carries the line

Wonderful experience

The ambiance of the store was great. Laura was wonderfully attentive and I felt like a queen with their service!

The service was immpecable, absolutely the best! Laura's treated myself, my fiance and my parents wonderfully. We always felt comfortable and felt that they really helped to make the experience memorable. Laura's was also very patient while trying on dress A vs. dress B a million times to make up my mind between the two. Finally, after decidng which dress to go with they went above and beyond to think of every detail to be addressed when ordering a custom fit gown; which really helped to ease my mind knowing that my wedding gown was in such good hands! Additionally, the QUALITY of the gowns were far SUPIORIOR to anything I had tried on in a 100 mile radius! Thank you Laura's! -The future Mrs. Stanley

I have to say my experience was wonderful! I was a bit nervous because I had been to a few other stores and felt like they weren't really listening to my needs and the cram as many people in the store as possible. Laura's was wonderful! They made the experience very personal and they really think of everything, from putting both a bra and shoes in your size in your dressing room, along with a robe a slippers. It felt like what buy your dress should feel like. I was one of only two brides in the store which made the experience even better. I worked with Mandy and she was the BEST!!! She really listened to what I was looking for and every dress she showed me met my requirements. The first dress she put me in was the one I bought! It was also really comforting to know that she would be doing my alteration and that it wouldn't be handed off to someone who didn't know what my thoughts were. I would recommend Laura's to anyone! I felt my mom and sister were given attention and I appreciated that because i think it made them feel comfortable and valued even though they weren't the bride. It was a good day overall, everyone was very helpful and listened to what i communicated about the kind of dress i was looking for.

The overall experience was great. I sometimes felt like the workers were annoyed if I wanted to come in to try my dress on. This is a once in a lifetime thing and I wish I could have felt more welcome to come in. Also, whenever I tried to make appointments, the scheduling was made more convenient for their time, not mine.
