I went to BE to find an evening gown for an upcoming Ball. The girl assisting me was extremely professional and sweet.

I felt she really cared about finding me the right dress and brought me other options. When I did find the dress I was willing to consider it needed a few alterations and she was excellent at showning me how it would look if I had the alterations.

She removed old dresses from the room each time I tried one on.

The store was very clean and the dresses were very beautiful and up to date.



I would totally recommend this shop to anyone.



If there was a negative thing to state about BE it would be the overall knowledge and professionalism of the staff. Though the ladies were sweet and helpful, I did not feel they knew excactly what would look good on me. Even if the dress was overpriced from my budget. Often when the perfect dress is on you as the customer.

There is always the possibility you cant possibly live without it. Overpriced or not!

Now thats selling the dress.

Know your customer and what would look great on them.

I bought my dress here and it was the best customer service in the Kansas City area! The girls were so sweet, listened to exactly what I wanted and were very knowledgeable! Anyone looking for a dress should definitely check out this place. You will love it! The dresses are gorgeous and reasonably priced! I found the dress of my dreams here and would recommend it to everyone! Bridal Extraordinaire is definitely extraordinary!
