All in All a very good experience

If Travis was a Dr. I would trust him with my life. He kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle, Checked on me to see if I had any questions, or needed anything. Also advised me on what well be needed on the next service.

Took 2016 Highlander in for 10,000 mile service. Bob was out to greet me within a minute or two after I gave his name to check-in person. Very friendly and efficient. I left car thinking it would take several hours given how busy the service department was yesterday. I was amazed when I got a call from Bob in about 40 minutes that the work was done and I could pick it up anytime. Awesome!!

Farhan Khan was excellent. He listened to what we wanted in a vehicle and accommodated us by only showing us those vehicles. He seemed very knowledgeable in the vehicles. We came in with the intentions to only look, but found exactly what we wanted. So we purchased a vehicle. He walked us through the whole procedure from start to finish. I would definitely come back to him as a sales agent.

Service was scheduled promptly, vehicle complaint was diagnosed and completed in a timely manner.

Davon was very patient with me and helped me to look over all of my options. He worked hard to make sure that I got everything I wanted and asked for. He understood what my expectations were and didn't push me to make decisions I wasn't comfortable with.
