Great store and a great experience for my first visit to any "Buckle" location. I just went in to buy a fragrance, a friend's daughter had, "Rock Revival Rose", LOVE, and wound up with two pairs of shoes and a watch! Stephanie & Haley could not have been sweeter, also, very accommodating, knowledgeable, stylish and fun, I only wished I had had more time to shop around, I will definitely go back! I did order a pair of shoes and had them sent to my home, very easy and several options for doing so. I received the shoes today and unfortunately they did not come as expected, they were not in a shoebox, not wrapped or bound, a rhinestone was missing from the top of one shoe, and the bottoms of the shoes looked dirty, like they had been worn. I called the store and spoke with Sabrina, the store manager, who apologized and told me that that was not how they should have been shipped, Jacksonville store, and did everything to make my situation right, friendly, professionally and courteously.
The service here is amazing! very knowlegable sales people. I have a hard time finding jeans that fit and they worked with me until i foun the perfect pair! Thanks guys! I will be back!
