5 pair shoes repaired during recent year, had to return 3 for follow up repair and 1 of the three for a 3rd follow up repair. Each time the owner insisted I pay follow up repair cost and does not take responsibility for his average effort but makes excuse like, shoe does not fit, shoe is old, go buy another shoe, or, not worth repair. This business owner is not unpleasant but he does not have a compassionate pride to make good work and be fair in treatment of a good customer. I have given so many chance to do right thing. I will never return and I suggest anyone who is looking for a repair service, find another shop.

Had a pair of Justin ropers insoles replaced, very pleased. $35.00 repair cost sure beats $160.00 new pair. 2015. 2014,Resoled a pair of COLE-HAAN loafers, very pleased. It is almost impossible to find a shoe repair/cobler shop. The repairman in 2014 was different from the one in 2015.

Not friendly. Prices are through the roof. Work is standard.
