Ben Brown Insurance is a company I have dealt with for almost 10 years. They are a favorite of mine as the always deliver the best customer service, and their agents and support people.
i use them for business and personal, always helpful and courteous. i will test the market periodicially but never find a better deal. And if you have a claim they actually try to help you. Also, If you makeany mistakes, which i do on ocasion, they nicely help you out of the problem...thats what i call good customer service.
We are originally from Michigan and had the same insurance agency for over 45 years. Upon moving to Florida a friend recommended the Ben Brown Agency to us.
