Dr. Trofimenko is a highly competent, knowledgeable doctor who talks to me with compassion and understands how difficult it might be for someone to discuss very personnel medical issues. She has a way of making you feel at ease and regards her patients as a whole person and not just a medical ailment.

I first met Dr Trofimenko to have a second opinion. The first urologist i met wanted to proceed to a surgery and told me I may have a cancer. Dr Trofimenko was very understanding and patient with me. She did her own tests, gave me antibiotics and I didn't need any surgery. The "tumor" left by herself with antibiotics. She proposed me a treatment to relieve my frequencies, and it changes my live. Before, I couldn't go anymore to my groceries or shopping with my girls, and now I finally find a normal life again.
I'm so grateful to met Dr Trofimenko. She considers me like a person, and not just a bladder like as I treated by the other doctor.

I have seen DR. Trofimenko for both kidney stone issues and incontinence issues. She is both professional and warm, easy to communicate with and always explored the many options for treatment. She surgically removed the kidney stone and more recently placed an Interstim stimulator. Outcome has been excellent.

I am very pleased with the results of my vulvectomy surgery. Dr. Trofimenko fully explained what she would be doing and all questions answered prior to my procedure. dr trofimenko is the third urologist i have seen i the lasi two years. she is very patient oriented and willing to spend time with her patients explaining procedues and conditions. dr trofimenko profprmed a urolift procedure on me. it was done in her office unber a mild anastetic.she explained the procedure in detail after which point i decided it was the right thing for me. as she discussed the procedure was quick, painless and worthwhile. i highly recommend her. dp

Great experience with dr T and the whole staff.

I had a very painful, stubborn kidney stone. She was the only urologist in OC that could see me right away (everyone told me it would be at least a MONTH). Dr. T said she likes to make room in her schedule to see people in my situation, which when it comes to kidney stone patients, is a miracle to find a urologist who does that. And when you come to her office for a visit, she sees you right away--no waiting an hour or more in the waiting room. Her and her amazing staff also got me in right away for the removal surgery, and she made sure the stent was placed properly (I've had stents before that were just as bad as the stone--that was not the case with the way Dr. T placed her stent). She listens and cares about your concerns, and she addresses everything and follows up with you. She explains everything clearly and with full detail, so you can understand what is going on and feel confident in her decision on what is best for your care.

Dr. Trofimenko is an amazing doctor. My family nicknamed me "soggy bottoms" and seeing a bladder doctor was something I knew I needed to do but I was scared to do it. Let me tell you after Dr. Trofimenko worked her magic my family has to come up with a new nickname. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions.

After being treated by another doctor for 20 years, Dr. Trofimenko worked with me to develop a plan to control my flares and chronic UTIs and we have made amazing progress in only 4 months! I feel so much better and greatly appreciate the personalized attention I was given.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Trofimenko. I was in search of a Urologist to treat my Interstitial Cystitis problem. I had tried two other Urologist in the area and found them unexperienced with my issue. Dr. T. has helped me through IC attacks and has reduced my pain level tremendously. Dr. T. has a great personality and really cares about her patients. She will also spend time with you explaining all your options as well as your issue. I would highly recommend her for her outstanding service as well as knowledge in the Urological area.
