Beware of getting involved with this guy. I've been there for over 4 years. I had to close my business because of health reasons. He has had me on an automatic 6 month renewal without any notices since I first month rent. You need to give 60 days notice prior to your 6 month renewal in order to get out of your lease. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR A START UP! Second floor bathrooms have only cold water. Air conditioning is turned off around 4:40 pm M-F. Must pay $10-12 extra an hour if you want it after hours. The rooms are extremely hot due to the dark glass that acts like a heat box. Fountain is only running sometimes. Trust me, I have been a stellar tenant and have contacts to past tenants that can back this review up!
