I am so sorry I cannot leave a ZERO star rating!!! Be super careful when ordering from this company. I spent $40 for 3 day shipping for a book to replace a book stolen from my car. I desperately needed it right away so spending 40% more for it to get it in 3 days seemed reasonable. Dawn Sign Press held my order for 2 days before shipping it out and I am not going to get the book for at least a week!! I called and they said it was company policy not to send books out for up to 72 hours ( 3 business days!!!!!) even if you pay the exorbitant $40 fee for 3 day shipping. Outrageous! Do not buy from this company website!! Get the books from your school store and save yourself the misery!! So unfortunate that their customer service is so lacking because I love the ASL program. But I will NEVER buy from them again and I really caution people to understand their policies before they make a purchase.
